Performs all responsibilities/duties of a Women's and Children's Services RN, Department and/or Role Specific duties include: Demonstrates knowledge of nursing responsibilities for admitting, assessing, monitoring, and discharge for the following types of patients: Laboring mother and fetus to include fetal surveillance. Demonstrates understanding and responsibility for patients receiving epidural pain management, magnesium sulfate, terbutaline, betamethasone, oxytocin, and other medications used in the management of Women's and Children's patients.
