Records all information including but not limited to active problems, past medical and surgical history, vitals, medications, allergies, family history in the first generation, social history including smoking status, flu tetanus, and pneumonia vaccinations. Obtains patient's blood pressure, pulse, height, weight, fall risk and pain scale (when applicable).
