n \nYou'll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:\u202f \n\n Read and comprehend order information and work instructions \n \n\n Provides direct hands-on training and instruction concerning work instructions utilized in the distribution center \n \n\n Maintains training log \n \n\n Conducts new hire orientations \n \n\n Practice 5S and Safety \n \n\n Able to react to change effectively and handle other tasks as assigned \n \n\n Assist with preparation of Training Material \n \n\n Assist with Classroom On-boarding and Training \n \n\n Flexibility to perform and execute on additional training duties assigned \n \n\n Flexibility to support other shifts if necessary \n \n\n \nThe TOOLS you'll bring with you: \n\n High School or GED diploma required \n \n\n Excellent organizational skills and time management skills required \n \n\n Must possess basic math and basic computer skills in Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint \n \n\n High attention to detail \n \n\n Ability to perform work per instructions and within reasonable time \n \n\n Knowledge of all distribution center functions pick, pack, receive and ship product \n \n\n Must have excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills \n \n\n \nOther TOOLS we prefer you to have: \n\n High Jump Experience is preferred but not required \n \n\n Training Experience or Leadership experience is preferred but not required \n \n\n \nWorking Conditions:\u202f \n \nManufacturing Plant \n\n Frequent bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling of tools and boxes? \n \nYour Role on Our Team: \n \nThe DC Trainer is responsible for training all new distribution center employees in processes of picking, packing, and shipping.
