Summary: The Senior Accountant is responsible for performing advanced accounting functions in support of the organization’s financial operations, including cash accounting, accounts payable, payroll, resident invoicing, and month-end and year-end close activities. Reporting to the Director of Finance, the Senior Accountant works independently on key accounting processes, provides analytical insight over significant account balances, and supports continuous improvement of accounting systems, controls, and workflows.
