This role will develop, coordinate, and facilitate training programs for all levels of plant personnel, including shop floor operators, team leads, supervisors, managers, and salaried staff. Training topics will cover essential skills for working on the production line, 6S methodologies, continuous improvement concepts, and company policies and procedures.
