Completion of or continuing progress toward a professional designation preferred, such as Associate in Underwriting (AU), Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), Program in General Insurance (INS), Associate of Risk Management (ARM) and/or continuing education as a professional trainer (Certified Trainer, Train-the-Trainer, etc.). Develop and enhance Alternative Markets insurance products through the design and maintenance of proprietary forms, rates, rules, endorsements and coverage solutions that support divisional objectives, profitable growth, and competitive differentiation.
