Member will collaborate with internal health clinical ops members and internal HIT colleagues to plan, develop and facilitate learning opportunities, triage requests to appropriate teams and serve as an interface between end-users and the broader HIT teams meeting facilitation -needs assessments -Survey distribution -escalation and prioritization of tasks - educational content development -cross-team collaboration -coordination of small to medium size training initiatives -collaborating with stakeholders to produce communications -collaborating with Epic Analysts and Managers to ensure communications are targeted to end user, user needs and inquiries are addressed.
