As a Personal Trainer, you will perform fitness assessments, develop training plans, and provide instruction on the safe use of gym equipment. Your primary goal is to help clients reach their fitness objectives. The ideal candidate is a great teacher with a passion for fitness.  Responsibilities  <ul><li>Lead group training sessions — up to 11 members across circuit, HIIT, strength style, and Senior / Ageless Fitness formats</li><li>Perform fitness assessments to understand each client’s current fitness level</li><li>Create individualized workout plans and training routines, and revise them periodically</li><li>Demonstrate proper techniques for using machines and equipment</li><li>Ensure that all gym safety standards and procedures are followed</li></ul>Qualifications <ul><li>High school diploma/GED required</li><li>Certified CPT —NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, ISSA, or equivalent — plus current CPR/AED/First Aid</li><li>Knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics is preferred </li><li>Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills</li></ul>
