Administers and proctors classroom training tests and field assessments, determining pass/fail criteria and partnering with stakeholders to provide feedback to students in T&D training technical skills programs (such as lineman apprenticeship, substation operations, etc.). + Facilitates training such as new hire, new to role, refresher, just-in time performance-based training, continuous education and/or performance support, to students within T&D (such as electrical construction, maintenance and operations) in a classroom or field training environment.
