This person will apply instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and appropriate learning technologies to develop effective training solutions; evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, participant feedback, user performance data, and platform adoption metrics; and continuously improve training content based on results. This person will create engaging learning content, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training materials, presentations, hands-on exercises, video tutorials, user documentation, assessments, and practical exercises, and deliver training through in-person workshops, webinars, and self-paced online courses.
