Role Summary: The Workforce Development Specialist provides individualized, healing-centered workforce development services to Transitional Age Youth (TAY) and other program participants to support career exploration, employment readiness, education, training, employment, and long-term economic mobility. The Specialist works alongside participants to identify strengths, interests, goals, and barriers to employment and develops individualized pathways that connect participants to meaningful career opportunities, education and training programs, supportive services, and community resources.
