Reporting to the HR Training and Recruitment Manager, the LMS & Training Coordinator works cross-functionally with Production, Quality, Engineering, Safety, and HR to schedule and coordinate trainings, manage LMS content libraries, track compliance timelines, and prepare documentation packages for AbilityOne, DLA, DCAA, TWC, OSHA, and internal audits. • Coordinate and schedule all instructor-led, virtual, and blended training sessions across the Training Center, production floor, and off-site locations — including new hire orientation, Phase I and Phase II sewing bootcamp, supervisor/leads training, safety training, and ReadyOne University courses.
