Confirm requirements and scope, provide oversight and direction of relevant development activities, including conceptual design, feasibility studies, preliminary and detailed design, and any required assembly, test, delivery and field support issues which may be involved. Develop and support collaborative working relationships, understand and communicate team priorities, assure appropriate staffing and resources are committed, and prepare and deliver project status reports for management review at appropriate intervals.
