The Training Supervisor is responsible for managing a team of Training Specialists and coordinating Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across multiple operational departments, including Receiving, Picking, Inventory Control, Shipping, RMA, WOP, and CM22. This position directly oversees the execution of all warehouse training programs, including New Hire Orientation (NHO), process training, Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) certification, recertification, compliance training, and ongoing employee development initiatives.
