Plans, develops, implements and coordinates a clinical treatment program for the assessment, diagnosis, treatment, crisis intervention, case management for members with behavioral health needs; and assessment, diagnosis, crisis intervention, brief treatment and referral of patients with acute or chronic psychiatric and/or behavioral health needs. The LCSW will provide assessment, diagnosis, treatment, crisis intervention, and case management for members with mild to moderate behavioral health needs; and assessment, diagnosis, crisis intervention, brief treatment and referral of members with acute or chronic psychiatric and/or behavioral health needs.
