As a Senior Consultant, you will work collaboratively with clients, program leadership, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality training solutions that enable organizational readiness, workforce performance, and successful adoption of new processes, systems, and services. Develop high-quality training products using blended learning approaches, including web-based training, distance learning, instructor-led training, webinar-based training, job aids, performance support resources, reference guides, and other instructional materials that reinforce knowledge retention and on-the-job performance.
