In addition, the L&D Partner – Technical Training provides leadership, guidance, and oversight to the L&D Specialist who support the technical and operational learning for construction, production, field services, and related job-specific skill areas and ensures the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of learning content, instructional design, training delivery, and program execution. This role partners closely with the Director of Learning & Development, the Sr L&D Partner, business leaders, Human Resources, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to identify learning needs, prioritize development opportunities, and deliver solutions that drive measurable business results.
