Outline of Duties and Responsibilities: Working collaboratively with the VP of People Services, members of the People Services team, and other operational stakeholders, develop and implement workforce development initiatives to support the growth and development of employees across the agency. We are currently seeking a Manager of Learning and Development who will design, implement, and oversee all employee training programs to enhance workforce performance, support career development, and align with organizational goals.
