Responsible for the management of course and content development, training delivery processes for new hires and current staff with new training or refreshes required, the management of resources to deliver the content and ongoing performance management to ensure training is efficient and effective for all staff in multiple languages as needed on 1st, 2nd and 3rd. Overview: Provides onboarding, orientation and continuing education programs and process coordination for Environmental Services and Waste Management initiatives including needs assessment, material development, communications, education (new hire and ongoing staff), data analysis, compliance adherence, tracking and reporting.
