Youll schedule and facilitate loan closings, including working and communicating with customers, relationship managers, Client Relationship Specialists, appraisers, attorneys, title company personnel, and various other vendors to close various type of commercial loan in a timely manner, with review from LCS IV or Supervisor, as necessary. Youll analyze, review and structure commercial loan documentation, supporting documentation, and due diligence, to ensure that all loan documents are complete and accurate and communicate with lenders, Client Relationship Specialists, Credit Services, and attorneys to remediate identified discrepancies.
