The responsibilities include: helping students at their developmental level to get the support and skills needed to succeed in this college program; completing all program courses, attending job training sites, and ultimately obtaining employment. The employee is regularly required to sit, talk, or hear; frequently required to use repetitive hand motion, handle or feel, and to stand, walk, reach, bend or lift up to twenty (20) pounds.
