Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited university, Transportation Engineering, or related discipline and 8+ years of relevant traffic/ITS engineering experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education (working knowledge of traffic engineering design software and CAD platforms commonly used for transportation projects, such as MicroStation/OpenRoads, Synchro, and related analysis/design tools).
