What were looking for: H.S. diploma/GED required Bachelor''s degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred Two (2) years or more P&L responsibility required Five (5) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or industry related field required Five (5) years or more managing, leading and developing direct reports required Hands on software experience - transportation management systems software such as WMS, WMOS, TMS, and/or OMS; ERP systems and routing software is preferred Proven ability to develop and implement equipment, cycle planning, policies, and training programs. Identify and implement process, technology, and/or network improvements that optimize transportation cost, asset utilization, and service performance Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure transportation solutions meet operational and customer needs within the scope of your remit Oversee the effective use of Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and/or other logistics technology tools to streamline efficacy.
