D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related, with a major study in accounting, business administration, business or commercial law, commerce, economics, engineering, finance, industrial management, statistics, traffic management, transportation, motor mechanics, or other fields related to the Supervisory Mobility Transportation Specialist - Mobility Manager position. Performs the full range of supervisory responsibilities to include but not limited to establishes guidelines and performance expectations for staff; observes and evaluates employees performance; provides advice, counsel, and instruction to employees on both work and administrative matters; hears and resolves minor complaints and grievances; reviews, approves or disapproves leave requests; adjusts work procedures among staff according to workload, etc.
