The role is responsible for leading holistic admissions and enrollment processes aligned with the mission and strategic priorities of BSOM and for fostering a supportive, respectful, and inclusive educational environment for all students, while partnering closely with academic leadership and relevant institutional stakeholders to ensure an integrated approach to student progression and support. This individual provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for the Office of Student Affairs and Admissions (OSAA) including medical student admissions, student affairs, student wellness and well-being initiatives, student engagement, academic records and registration, financial aid services, and key components of the student experience within undergraduate medical education.
