Bachelor's Degree with coursework emphasis in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Transportation Engineering, Transportation Planning, or a related field and six (6) years of relevant experience in construction management, engineering, project inspection, transportation engineering, transportation planning, or contract administration preferred; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the required skills, knowledge, and abilities. Ability to perform addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division; ability to calculate decimals and percentages; may include the ability to perform mathematical operations with fractions; may include the ability to compute discount, interest, profit and loss, ratio and proportion; may include the ability to calculate surface areas, volumes, weights, and measures.
