The role also requires regular interaction with dispatchers, drivers, customers, and site partners, as well as periodic movement through the facility or yard to verify conditions, support employees, and address operational issues while following all site safety requirements. This role provides daily direction, coaching, and performance oversight to dispatchers; coordinates driver, equipment, and load priorities; monitors key performance indicators (KPIs); and partners with Rivian and internal leadership to resolve service issues.
