Perform and manage clinical skills including blood administration, skeletal and buck's traction, wound care, wound vac management, drains (JP, CT), heparin drips, high-flow oxygen, stable BiPAP, and PCA pain management. Work within a highly collaborative, team-oriented unit culture supported by CNAs, charge nurses, respiratory therapy 24/7, hospitalists, intensivists, specialists, a vascular access team, and a shift coordinator.
