Transplant RN Registered Nurse Transplant 13 weeks Day Shift 5 hours per shift Experience: 2 years of experience in pediatric pre/post liver transplant, small bowel transplant, and hepatology Prior travel assignment completion required License: DC RN licensure must have in hand upon submittal Certifications: BLS Must-Have: Ability to remove transplant recipients from the list per UNOS regulations Knowledge of immunosuppressive agents, including mechanisms, dosing, interactions, and side effects Understanding of post-transplant health maintenance and long-term care Description: Responsible for providing support with patient care coordination needs such as labs, imaging, phone triage, and communication with the multi-disciplinary team. Must coordinate all patient care needs before, during, and after transplantation.
