Join a collaborative team caring for adult and geriatric patients with complex medical needs, including renal failure, sepsis, diabetes, hypertension, wound care, and chronic ventilator or tracheostomy support. Demonstrated ability to care for patients requiring central-line management, chest tubes, tracheostomy or ventilator support, feeding tubes, wound care, and telemetry monitoring.
