Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field requiredMinimum of five (5) to seven (7) years of experience in the HR field with a minimum of three years of HR management or HR business partner experience requiredMinimum five (5) years of HR experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or similar environment requiredMinimum five (5) years of HR experience supporting an hourly workforce on a shift-based scheduleExperience with online HR suites such as ADP, Workday, and/or ICIMS required; Experience with Ceridian Dayforce preferredAbility to travel approximately 5% requiredAbility to work flexible hours to support variable workforce shifts requiredSHRM-CP and/or PHR/SPHR certification preferredBilingual Spanish highly preferred.
