In this role, you will provide operational, clinical, and strategic leadership for a high-performing orthopedic service line, overseeing approximately 75-80 caregivers and partnering closely with an Assistant Nurse Manager and interdisciplinary leaders to drive excellence in patient outcomes, caregiver engagement, and operational performance. Providence St. Vincent Medical Center continues to be recognized locally and nationally for outstanding orthopedic care and quality outcomes, including: Joint Commission Disease-Specific Care Certification for Orthopedics Total Hip and Knee Replacement (renewed in 2026).
