Bachelor''s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field required• 5+ years of Product Management experience delivering consumer-facing digital products, including mobile applications• Experience developing mobile applications within retail, consumer technology, subscription, eCommerce, or digital consumer businesses strongly preferred• Experience supporting fitness, health, wellness, or lifestyle applications preferred• Demonstrated success working as the Product Manager within a dedicated Agile POD alongside Engineering, Design, and QA teams• Strong experience translating business objectives into product requirements, user stories, and prioritized backlogs• Proven ability to manage products through the complete product development lifecycle from discovery through launch• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and balancing competing priorities across multiple business functions• Working knowledge of Agile development methodologies, Scrum ceremonies, and iterative product delivery• Experience using Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar product development tools.• Strong understanding of customer research, experimentation, usability testing, analytics, and product performance measurement• Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and stakeholder management skills• Extremely detail-oriented, efficient, and organized with an exceptional ability to establish priorities and objectives, including managing aggressive deadlines• Excellent presentation and verbal and written communication skills along with the ability to persuasively communicate effectively across all levels of the organization• Able to establish and maintain effective, collaborative work relationships with diverse individuals, including internal and external stakeholders, agency partners, and cross-functional partners• Creative, progressive, thought leadership with the ability to influence without formal authority at all levels of the organization• Dedicated learner with a natural curiosity for consistent growth• Exhibits comfort, ease, and flexibility working in an extremely fast-paced ever-changing, deadline-driven environment• Cooperative team player with an upbeat, positive, "can-do" attitude!
