The role also includes providing patient education and wellness counseling, supporting staff development and orientation, participating in quality improvement initiatives and chart audits, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation and required state systems. You will conduct assessments, triage acute and chronic conditions, develop and evaluate individualized care plans, administer medications, perform clinical testing and procedures, assist providers, and respond effectively to urgent and emergent situations.
