Specializes primarily in the care of patients undergoing diagnostic cardiac catheterization, interventional cardiac procedures, insertion of permanent and temporary pacemakers, and insertion of intra-aortic balloon pumps. Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support / ACLS and Basic Life Support / BLS certification from either an accredited instructor from the American Heart Association / AHA or the American Red Cross .
