Hiring Profile: Must Have Skills/Experience: Cerner experience, IV competency Preferred Skillset/Experience: charge experience Common Diagnosis/Treatment: COPD exacerbation, GI blee d, diabetic complications, wound care, pancreatitis, sickle cell crisis, end of life care/hospice, falls, weakness, sepsis, infection Personality Fit: look for team players, strong patient advocates, busy floor-need to keep up.
