EMTs and support staff such as nursing assistants, charge nurses, case managers, social workers, educators, and dietitians work collaboratively to enhance patient experience through hourly rounding and bedside shift reports. Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as an RN, current BLS (American Heart Association) and ACLS certifications, prior experience in a step down or similar unit preferred.
