This role includes completing accounting functional processes for multiple entities, preparing monthly journal entries, reconciling balance sheet accounts, preparing financial statements and monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages, including associated variance analysis of income statements and balance sheets, completing common area maintenance (CAM) reconciliations for some data center customers and obtaining an understanding of all accounting and financial reporting for these properties. Beyond transactional accounting, this position requires a holistic understanding of financial concepts and accounting principles, the ability to analyze variances, identify trends, research technical accounting concepts, and provide meaningful insights into key business drivers.
