Your Mission & Key Responsibilities:
<div><ul><li>Perform routine maintenance and inspections on diesel engines and equipment, including oil changes, lubrications, and filter replacements.</li><li>Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in mixer trucks, loaders, dump trucks, tankers, and other heavy equipment.</li><li>Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify issues and determine necessary repairs.</li><li>Rebuild, replace, or repair major components such as engine heads, blocks, starters, and transmissions.</li><li>Collaborate with the operations team to schedule maintenance and repairs, minimizing downtime.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures in the workshop and on job sites.</li><li>Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work using company systems.</li><li>Stay updated on the latest diesel engine technology and repair techniques through ongoing learning.</li></ul></div>

What Sets You Apart:
<div><ul><li>Willingness to work variable shifts as needed to support fleet operations.</li><li>Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply—we offer on-the-job training for those new to diesel mechanics or heavy equipment maintenance.</li><li>Proven experience as a diesel mechanic, fleet mechanic, or heavy equipment technician is a plus.</li><li>Strong understanding of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical systems is preferred.</li><li>Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment; willingness to learn new technologies.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Commitment to safety standards and protocols.</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or technical certification in diesel engine repair is a plus.</li><li>Valid driver’s license required; CDL is preferred.</li><li>Willingness to complete SRM’s pre-employment screenings.</li></ul></div>
