Under general supervision, perform specialized skilled work in the operation of several types of motorized heavy vehicles used in the collection and transfer of refuse, recyclables, debris, construction materials, equipment, compost and wastewater residuals for the Utilities/Public Works Department. Work involves operating such equipment as tractor trailers, walking floor trailers, tanker trailers, semi-dump trailers, roll-offs, hook lifts, snow plows, forklifts, portable/non-portable pumps and dump trucks with trailers, etc.
