Provides service support for the Tutoring Department, greets students, staff, faculty, and guests, answers emails, phone calls, and schedules tutoring appointments, checks in students, and organizes data for review and maintains accurate records. Provides basic technology support, helps students and staff sign-in to lab computers, navigating through RioLearn, starting virtual meetings (Webex, Google Meet), sign-in to LMS, and staff sign-in.
