Develops, monitors and implements guidance to assist with the operation of aspects related to prevention, such as; Suicide Prevention Capability (SPC), Operational Stress Control and Readiness (OSCAR), Embedded Preventive Integrated Capability (EPIC) and other prevention activities that contribute to the education and prevention of harmful behaviors across the Marine Corps. Ability to express self orally and in writing in a highly professional manner, sufficient to prepare and conduct briefings to an audience of high-ranking military and civilian dignitaries, to meet and work with diversified groups, individuals and organizations, and to compose written reports and material clearly, concisely and effectively.
