The Program Manager will help advance a comprehensive, sustainable approach to assessment by working with faculty, staff, and administrators to develop meaningful outcomes and measures of success, collect and interpret assessment results, and use those results to inform improvements in teaching, learning, programs, and services. The position will support the coordination of campus-wide assessment processes and reporting, provide guidance and training to those engaged in assessment, and help ensure that assessment information is effectively documented, communicated, and used to support institutional decision-making and accreditation.
