Their primary role is to facilitate small-group peer tutorials, to guide students to discover their own answers using Socratic questioning and to prepare them for long-term college and academic success. PGHS - M, W, F (Periods 1, 5, 7 = 3 hours/day/tutor = 9 hours per week per tutor) and PGMS - M, T, W, R, F (Periods 1 & 5 = ~2 hours/day/tutor = 10 hours per week per tutor).
