Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills; proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Exchange, Jenzabar (Student Services and Registration modules), and Infomaker; proficiency in using general office machines, i.e. multi-line phone, copier, and FAX machine; ability to perform general clerical duties of typing and filing; ability to maintain confidentiality; ability to work as a part of a team; ability to prioritize tasks; and ability to deal with fast-paced office environment with many interruptions. Assist VP of Enrollment Management and Student Services and Student Services staff members in supervising the daily operation of the Student Services department by scheduling meetings and appointments, reserving rooms for meetings, processing mail, composing and editing correspondence, answering the phone, and serving as receptionist for students, faculty, staff, and the community.
