The Recruiter will collaborate closely with the recruiting team, hiring managers, and team members to develop and execute strategies for identifying and attracting top talent. Responsible for Hyosung HICO in house, full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling, and assessing candidates.
