Primary Duties include, but are not limited to: Establishes, maintains, and updates CTA databases, record keeping systems, files, forms, internal logs, and reminder notices; Provides technical support for effective data and information management; Utilize and manage Google platforms and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint); Generate spreadsheets and leverage various databases for accurate reporting of Trainer and Instructor credentials and certificates; Design and maintain new databases for tracking data on follow-up items and training trends; Produce reports for key stakeholders, including management, appointing authorities, and executive-level staff; Maintain data integrity by auditing, analyzing, amending, and correcting errors across all assigned work; Manage IT and Technical Support functions, including creating OIT access requests for CTA and departmental training staff, providing basic troubleshooting for the DOC Training Information System (TIS), and serving as backup technical support for media and training Learning Management Systems (LMS); Establish, maintain, and update the CTAs essential records, including databases, files, forms, internal logs, and reminder notices; Manage the input and maintenance of training roster data for all in-service and specialized/advanced courses within the DOC Training Information System (TIS) and associated databases/trackers; Serve as the primary point of contact for appropriately communicating and sharing critical training information with internal and external stakeholders; Other duties as assigned. Advanced knowledge and proven work experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access) and Google Applications (Drive, Sheets, Docs, and Forms); Progressive experience working in a fast-paced customers-oriented environment with a focus on delivering a high level of customer service; Experience completing multiple projects simultaneously with on-going, frequent, deadlines; Proven quality assurance experience, monitoring work, checking for errors and verifying accuracy.
