Prepares, composes, types, processes, proofreads, copies, files, and/or transmits various documents, including but not limited to subpoenas, affidavits, warrants, bond forms, statements, declarations, summonses, complaints, petitions, legal motions, court orders, discovery notices, legal briefs, pleadings, indictments, dockets, drug reports, dispositions, and other critical legal documents; serves subpoenas. Performs routine clerical/secretarial work as required, which may include, but is not limited to, copying and filing documents, scanning documents, transcribing dictation, scheduling appointments, maintaining filing systems, entering computer data and maintaining databases, reviewing and processing mail, sending and receiving faxes, running errands, etc.
