Positioned as a proactive problem solver, the successful candidate will manage field placement drawing revisions, resolve critical jobsite field deviations, support central/regional estimating efforts, and nurture long-term relationships with structural engineers, general contractors, and concrete subcontractors. This role bridges post-tension design preparation, shop drawing reviews, and field support, ensuring that complex unbonded and bonded post-tensioning projects—including elevated concrete frames, post-tensioned slabs, and structural reinforcing—are executed with structural integrity and operational efficiency.
