Working collaboratively with AmeriCorps Community Connector Members, Community Health Workers, clinicians, and administrative staff, the AmeriCorps Community Connector II uses advanced community health skills to provide mentorship, technical assistance, and quality review for AmeriCorps Community Connector I team members.
